Onyx Coffee Institute

The Onyx Coffee Institute is a part of Onyx Coffee and is located at 1015 Railroad ave unit# 105 in Bellingham, Washington U.S.A. This location is not a traditional service industry retail location, rather a training facility, networking hub and lab that is open limited hours. The institute will provide the opportunity for you to taste a rotating limited selection of the finest fresh roasted single origin whole beans in the world. We’ll try to keep a small amount of current offerings available for purchase on site. Please check our schedule for courses and hours of operation as they are both very limited and subject to change. Coffee availability will also change frequently as much of what will be offered will be limited to very small select micro lots that are fresh off the tree. Yes a freshly harvested and roasted coffee brought to you sometimes with in 4-5 weeks of being picked. Or carefully aged in a proper natural climate controlled bodega or warehouse.
